Vacation-rental Wi-Fi that guests stop complaining about
A practical framework for evaluating coverage, capacity, outdoor experience, and the boundary between guest and owner devices.

Coverage is only the first question
A fast internet plan does not guarantee good Wi-Fi. The access point’s location, construction materials, outdoor spaces, client count, and interference determine whether guests can actually use the service they were promised.
Separate convenience from trust
Guest devices should not share the same trusted network as cameras, locks, property computers, or management equipment. A deliberate network boundary reduces exposure without making normal guest activities unnecessarily difficult.
Test where reviews are written
Measure performance at beds, televisions, desks, patios, pools, and parking areas—not only beside the router. The useful standard is a stable guest experience in the places guests actually occupy.
